Since our items are one of a kind and unique, we cannot accept returns. All items are insured past the purchase value and packed in foam, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, double boxed. Insurance claims are the responsibility of the buyer.
Of course for every rule there is an exception, so please contact us if you’re unhappy with your acquisition and we will try to make it right within constraints.
